The Setup: A Nighttime Glow at Securelect HQ
Securelect, a leading distributor of electronic security and solar products based in Brakpan, Gauteng, South Africa, wanted to highlight their headquarters with lighting that was both functional and eye-catching. They chose Perion's 3W LED lights in blue and white for their front facade and advertising signage. The result? A vibrant, modern illumination that turns heads after dark.
The building facade is illuminated using Perion's 3W low-voltage LED modules in blue and white, delivering a consistent cool blue dominant glow with targeted white highlights for depth and visibility. The advertising front signage area is lit exclusively with white 3W LEDs, ensuring high-contrast readability of service details (CCTV systems, access control, in-house repairs) and featured brands.
Perion's 3W modules operate on safe low-voltage DC, consume minimal power while providing excellent lumen output, and are IP69K-rated for full weather resistance, performing reliably in rain, dust, or extreme conditions without degradation in brightness or colour consistency. The system uses our proprietary quick-connect illumination cable and enclosures, enabling runs of up to 160 lights from a single power pack housing 2x 240W drivers, with uniform light distribution and no visible hot spots or voltage drop issues.
